I loved the whole love/hate thing Essie and Aidan have going on. In my opinion, it takes a special author to pull that type of story line off. Cole Saint Jaimes is definitely that kind of author! You can feel the emotions he has bestowed into the characters as you’re reading, and I love that! I want to feel what the characters are feeling when I’m reading. This one does end in a cliffhanger and I’m not typically a fan of cliffhangers, but I will be reading the book because I want to see what happens next with Essie and Aidan.
Do these two even have a shot together? Will Essie still carryout the revenge she is so set on extracting?
