OMG do yall know what I’m doing right now?! I’m fangirling hard for Victoria Johns! And I’m wondering where has this author been all my life?! Ms. Johns absolutely positively blew me away! I’m talking like this is the best MC book I’ve read in a really long time kind of blew me away. And that’s saying something, because I read a ton of MC books! I would probably even go as far as to say the best MC book I’ve read all year and one of my top favorites books of all time. That’s how good this book was. I don’t yell praises like this too often but this is me screaming that this book is absolutely amazing! There are rival MCs and danger/violence, there are twists and turns and suspense that had me on the edge of my seat, there are secrets buried under more secrets, and there is a strong emotional, passionate bond between Declan and Rosie that I as the reader could feel pouring off the pages. These characters are in heart and soul now. It’s been a day since I finished reading Angel and I can’t stop thinking about them. I’ve even tried to start reading another book but I just can’t get into it because Rosie and Dec are still in my head.
I’m not sure what this author has up her sleeve next, but I for one can hardly wait! And this is me begging, please release another MC novel!!
