I am always up for a good mafia romance, and Cayce Poponea does not disappoint. Honestly, I give this book nothing but praises! The author did a fantastic job at portraying the mafia life. I love when an author can give some many details and descriptions, that I as the reader feel as though I’m part of the story, and that is exactly what Ms. Poponea did. And all the feels…! In my opinion, the tension and buildup is the best part of a story and let me just say that Cacye Poponea nailed it! This is a beautifully written romance weaved within the dangerous mafia world.
