Title:  Too Many Reasons

Author:  Kristen Strassel

Synopsis:  Abby Gauthier is close to getting everything she’s worked so hard for. The band she manages, Sinister Riot, has been offered a major record contract. But it comes with a catch: the band must add Eli Jamison, winner of the talent show The Spotlight, to the lineup.

Devon Sinclair is the singer of Sinister Riot, and he’s Abby’s best friend. She’s in love with him, but fears she’ll lose him if she makes the first move. Devon knows adding Eli to the band is a mistake, and he’s right. Eli’s interested in more than just making an album. He wants to take control of the band, and he wants to get to know Abby better. A lot better. When tensions between Devon and Eli threaten to destroy Sinister Riot, Abby must act on her true feelings or lose everything she’s ever wanted.

Too Many Reasons is the first book I’ve read by this author, but it won’t be my last! Abby is friend and band manager of Sinister Riot. She and lead singer Devin Sinclair have been friends for years. They get each other in a way no one else does. Abby has feelings for Devin that are more than just friend feelings. But she doesn’t want to lose her best friend or come between the band, so she keeps her feelings to herself.

Sinister Riot gets the chance of a lifetime when offered a contract. But that contract comes with stipulations, namely Eli Jamison. Eli wants Abby for himself, but Abby is torn between her love for Devin and this new found crush on Eli.

What happens when emotions start running high? When the bonds of friendship are tested to the very end? And will Sinister Riot make it to the top?

Kristen Strassel managed to have me on the edge of my seat as I tried to guess what was going to happen next. And then she threw in a whopping heat of steamy tension, and I was done for! If you’re looking for a new rockstar romance to check out, then I recommend reading this book!
